I am a qualified teacher, counsellor and supervisor and have worked professionally for over twenty five years. I believe that everyone has the potential to enjoy a happy and fulfilling life. In many situations talking issues through with a counsellor can help you to achieve this.

Counselling
Emotional turmoil can arise for many different reasons and talking with a counsellor could provide you with support and so restore you to a more comfortable frame of mind.

I have experience of working with:-

Individuals eg. anxiety, depression, debt, anger management, relationship issues, bereavement, effects of trauma, addictions, OCD, stress, self worth and self esteem, childhood neglect and abuse, loss of direction in life.

Couples eg. communication difficulties, work/life balance, parenting issues, infertility and IVF, separation, reconciliation, step families, sexual difficulties.

Young people eg. bullying, pressures of school work, peer group pressure, sexual identity, parents separating or divorcing.
